The Official Red Dwarf Convention will be held at The Level.

Located in the heart of Nottingham city centre,  is a premier music and events venue in the heart of Nottingham. Hosting some of the UK’s greatest acts across three floors. The Level is easily accessible by all methods of transport.

Getting there by car

The Level Nottingham is conveniently situated in the heart of Nottingham city centre, less than 30 minutes from the A52 by car. Look out for the brown tourist signs along all major routes to guide you directly to the venue. For GPS users, the postcode NG1 4GH will lead you right to our doorstep.

Getting here by Bus / Coach

Getting to the venue is a breeze thanks to award-winning, public transport links to the city. Several Nottingham City Transport (NCT) bus services drop you right outside the venue and Trent Barton has several bus services which run past it. Visit their websites for the latest timetables and plan your trip with ease.

Long distance and local bus and coach services operate into Nottingham’s two primary bus stations, Broadmarsh and Victoria. Both bus stations are just a five-minute walk to The Level.

Getting there by Tram

The venue is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the NTU tram stop, making for an easy and eco-friendly route into the city centre! Trams run approx. every 7 minutes until midnight, with 7 reliable Park & Ride sites with 5,000 spaces. Visit their website for Park & Ride locations and the full tram timetable.

Coming to The Official Red Dwarf Convention offers you a chance to meet the people behind Red Dwarf. To help make this an unforgettable experience, we work hard to make it as easy as possible.

Each guest will sit at their own table and have a selection of photographs ready to sign. All you need to do is pay, pick a photograph and ask them to sign! The cost of the photo is included in the price. Alternatively you bring something with you for them to sign

Remember; many people will also want to speak to the guest you are visiting, so please keep this in mind when approaching any table with queues.

Selfies are an increasingly popular way to record your time meeting a guest. Most guests offer selfies at their desk for a small charge. This is something decided by the guest at the event and cannot confirm availability or price until then. Selfies are an agreement between you, the attendee, and the guest, the event takes no responsibility.

Please bear in mind that whilst guests are often willing to pose for photos with fans, there can be many reasons why they decline the request. If this happens please respect their wishes.

Professional Photoshoots will be available to purchase at the event via the kiosk, Gigantic Tickets will also be selling photoshoot tickets leading up to the event, you can find these on the guest page on each of their profiles. 

Can another person join me in the photo?

Photoshoots are limited to the photoshoot ticket holder and ONE OTHER PERSON, but if you want to add more people you can pay to add persons. You can add a maximum of two extra people – meaning 4 people in total (yourself, plus one and two extras). The cost is 50% of the listed photoshoot price. For example; a £30 photoshoot is valid for TWO persons. To add one person will cost £15. To add another will cost £15. The total for FOUR people will be £60 in this example.

Children up to the age of 3 can join the shoot at no extra cost, this also is not included on the ONE OTHER PERSON rule. 

What size is my printed photo?

Photos from the shoots are 9×6 inches

 

Digital copies will be available online after the event. These will be charged at £5.50 per download.
